Educational services are provided to students enrolled in REACH by Greenburgh-North Castle Union Free School District. The educational program is designed to deliver a safe and supportive structure for youngsters who are in need of intensive education and support. A staff ratio of 6:1:2 provides the delivery of education and supports that allow students to work towards the acquisition of a Regents, Local or IEP diploma. A comprehensive curriculum is offered which includes English, Social Studies, Science, Math, Physical Education, Health, Art, and Music. REACH also provides vocational programs to assist students in identifying potential career paths that can lead to a meaningful life in their community.

REACH emphasizes preparing students for post-secondary education, vocational training and ultimately the world of work. REACH also provides exposure to various occupations to assist in identifying potential career paths that can lead to a meaningful life in their community. As a result, a comprehensive pre-vocational/vocational program is offered. The areas of study include but not limited to customer service, grounds and building maintenance, culinary arts, and horticulture. In addition to pre-vocational and vocational training provided on campus, job shadowing, internships, paid employment and volunteer experiences are also options for students.

Speech therapy, occupational therapy, and counseling are also integrated into the overall program and are driven by student IEPs. The integration of school, clinical and residential is one of the many strengths of REACH. This integrated model is essential in supporting students throughout the day and ensuring IEP goals and objectives are achieved.
